Apparel Defective Goods Policy:
Please notify Horizon Promotional Products immediately if the apparel you receive has rips, defects in the fabric, or incorrect sizing on the designer's label. Damaged apparel items must be returned within 10 days of receiving goods. Replacements will be issued only if the damaged items are reported and, returned within the 10 day period.
Apparel items are made custom, based on your order(s) and, we are not responsible for apparel items that are ordered in the incorrect size. Please contact us if you have questions regarding sizing charts for particular items.
Trinkets Defective Merchandise Policy:
Horizon Promotional Products will only replace faulty or defective trinkets/promotional items (ie. rips, tears, broken merchandise) with in 10 days of receiving the products.
All Customized items (store phone number, contact information, and etc.. ) require a proof to be signed off on prior to production. If the imprint is incorrect (typos or wrong information imprinted on the item) after a proof is signed off on; the purchaser is responsible and no returns are issued.
Freight Costs Involved:
Freight charges are applied to the order at the time of shipping. When you "proceed to check out" the freight costs will be displayed as $0.00. The cost is added when we weigh the total amount of goods shipped.
In-bound freight charges are applied to orders containing products that we do not stock in inventory. Examples of brands we do not stock in the ware house include: Gear, Cutter & Buck, Hartwell, Port Authority, and Head to Toe.
Cutter & Buck apparel items will ship separate from other items ordered and, in most instances will arrive earlier than the rest of your order.
Credit Card Payment:
A credit card is required to process any web orders. The card is charged when all the items ship out. Subsequently, you may not see a charge on your account until several days after the online order is placed.
Horizon Promotional Products does not keep any credit card information on file, or in any data base. The information is deleted from our system once the order has been completed.
